Overview: Leveraging TechnoGeeks a leading Integrated networking Systems and service provider involved in providing various categories of Network Management , maintainance and upgradation through SaaS , AMC and On call basis as a package or as clubbed Integrated service selling Software service , Man hour services , remote helpdesk and system administration through subscribed module .
Acceptance of Terms: User of the portal aggress that by accessing or using our state of art services, users agree to these terms and conditions.
2. Definitions
Definitions: The keyterms used in the agreement are the business factors involved for the subscription or payment for which collected such as (e.g., “Service,” “User,” “Account,” “Subscription,” “Package”).
3. User Accounts
An individual account created for every user with subscribed package or service which can be accessed through this portal with secured login credentials provided and the confidentiality of your account credentials maintained from our cloud server.
4. Subscription and Fees
Our service is offered on a subscription basis. Payment is due as outlined in your selected plan and subject to cancellation on due .
Payment Terms: Billing against requested service or package and the payment through online payment link along with all applicable government taxes and terms.
Refund Policy: Against unavailablity of service or scheduled completion the rebate or refunds are provided if any.
5. License and Use
License Grant: We Provide a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for users to access and use the service.
Restrictions: List prohibited activities (e.g., reverse engineering, unauthorized access, distributing malware not allowed).
6. Service Availability

Cancellation /Returns / Refunds:
LEVERAGING TECHNOGEES believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy: • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them. • LEVERAGING TECHNOGEES does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables etc. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good. • In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 2 Days days of receipt of the products. In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 2 Days days of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision. • In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them. In case of any Refunds approved by the LEVERAGING TECHNOGEES, it’ll take 3-5 Days days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
